Spresense development board launches in Europe

A few weeks ago, Spresense development board launched in US with the distributor Framos. Now it’s being rolled out in Europe and is available for pre-order in the online channels of RS Components and Vido. Expected shipment date is at the end of November.

As part of this roll-out, Sony introduced the development board to European developers at the Spresense launch event on the Maker Faire in Rome last month. There was a range of demos showing various use cases for Spresense such as time lapse camera, real-time AI, frequency analyzer, hi-res audio, drone project, robotics and more. The team also ran workshops on Spresense development using the Arduino IDE or the NuttX based Spresense SDK.
