By using the Audio Control API, the user agrees to be bound by the aforementioned 'License Terms'.

And do you want to publish your app on App Store?
We are really pleased you have created an app using Sony technology. If Apple requires you to show that you have permission to use licensed Sony software in order to publish your app in App Store, we are very happy to provide this proof.
Please fill in this form and download the Sony “Approved Use” letter. Then, send the letter to the Apple Developer Program.
